Cheap Thrills

I'm suppose to be on a shopping ban while I am in unemployment land looking for a job and also saving for an apartment with my partner for early next year. Having said that I could not resist some cheap thrills in the form of the following 4 dresses for the grand total of $50!

Love this dress. In the warmer months this will be a perfect transition dress from daytime to night time.

Material of the dress was a bit thinner and dress was more fitted then I thought, but I think it will be perfect for a night out kind of dress.

This is my favorite dress! Even prettier in real life. Will be so nice to wear as a throw on dress in the warmer months, either dressed up for work or casual for the weekend.

Looks very simple but perfect for work - when I get a job!

Ok back on the shopping ban bandwagon! Next new purchases will probably be in the form of birthday presents as it'll be my birthday next month. Have my eye of a few TopShop items!

White on White

Love the white on white trend. My version is to team a crisp white blazer with simple white sandals.

Can not wait for warmer weather when I can team this combo with flirty floral dresses.

Below is an outfit I put together more in line with the cold weather.

Not very inspiring but super comfy for the big dinner I had!

Blazer: Zara Top: H&M Jeans: Siwy Necklace: Tie Rack

Love this strappy top. However could not the get the colour on camera, in real life it's this amazing light neon green, sounds gross but is really summery in real life.

Kimono top

Really love the colour and design of this oriental kimono style top.

Has been in my wardrobe for forever and have yet to wear it.

This happened yet again when I changed my outfit last minute as I felt it was a bit too dressy for a local dinner with the girls.

Top: Barkins Pants: Primark Shoes: Zara

Excuse the extensive creasing!

And still getting used to self timer so outfit looks much more unflattering then it is in real life, I promise!

On a side note, I love these pants, sooo comfy that I practically live in them! Also following that, gosh I miss Primark in London! Found some of the best bargains in those stores.

Studded

I love this top, but due to unfortunate hips it's hard to easily pair it with jeans or pants tucked in so i've resorted to pretty skirts.

Top: Zara Skirt: H&M Shoes: Tony Bianco

I think the look still works!

I love how the waist of the skirt compliments the neck studs and brings the whole outfit together.

Paired with my trusty black suede Tony Bianco ankle boots, so comfy and goes with most winter outfits.

Sparkles

I do love my sparkles, and this top has plenty of that.

Top: Next Jeans: Siwy Shoes: Zara

Unfortunately due to the winter cold most of the time it was covered up underneath my jacket.

And ladies and gentlemen that is why i love taking outfit shots in the temperature comfort of my room, hence the title!

As you might also notice due to the lack of boyfriend co-operation I've moved on to self timer with an old camera for these shots.

Photo angles are most unflattering and it's tres uncomfortable with self timer, but oh well!

Equestrian

Saw the horse show Cavalia today with the family - highly recommend it!

Using the show as inspiration went for a neutral slightly equestrian themed look.

Jacket: Central Park Knit: H&M Leggings: Zara Scarf: ASOS Boots: ASOS

Perfect Drape

Wearing my favorite black jacket.

I have yet to find a replacement with the same perfect drape.

Slightly panicking as after many wears the stitching is starting to come apart.

Love these ASOS ankle boots, so easy and comfy to wear.
